The Anointed Christian Teaching

TACT Ministry, Inc. is a non-profit, faith based, charitable Christian ministry that seeks to share the gospel of Jesus, teach the Bible, uphold biblical doctrine, and produce good works from faith by serving those in need and making a positive impact on the many causes which impact humanity.

TACT Ministry exists to teach the gospel of Jesus Christ as Christians set apart and anointed as God's Holy people through the power of the Holy Spirit.

“The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed, to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor."

(The Holy Bible, English Standard Version, Luke 4:18-19)

The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed me to bring good news to the poor; he has sent me to bind up the broken hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound; to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor."

(The Holy Bible, English Standard Version, Isaiah 61:1-2)

"But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light."
(The Holy Bible, English Standard Version, 2001, 1st Peter 2:9

The Gospel of Jesus Christ
Do you know Jesus as your Lord and Savior?

"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life"

(The Holy Bible, English Standard Version, 2001, John 3:16

What does it mean to perish?

Because sin came into the world through Adam and Eve, all of humanity inherited the curse of sin. The consequence for sin is physical & spiritual death and eternity in hell.

"Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, and in this way death came to all people, because all sinned" (The Holy Bible, English Standard Version, 2001, Romans 5:12)

"For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God"
(The Holy Bible, English Standard Version, 2001, Romans 3:23)

"For the wages of sin is death..."
(The Holy Bible, English Standard Version, Romans 6:23)

What does the gospel mean?

The gospel of Jesus Christ is the good news of salvation! Through Jesus Christ we can receive forgiveness of our sins and we no longer have to die a spiritual death.

"...So also through the obedience of the one man the many will be made righteous"
The Holy Bible, English Standard Version, 2001, Romans 5:12)

"...Because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you free from the law of sin and death"
(The Holy Bible, English Standard Version, 2001, Romans 8:1-2)

"...But the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord"
The Holy Bible, English Standard Version, Romans 6:23)

For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through Him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God."
(The Holy Bible, English Standard Version, 2001, John 3:17-18)

God's gift of Salvation through His Son, Jesus Christ

"For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God... and are justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, whom God put forward as a propitiation by his blood, to be received by faith
(The Holy Bible, English Standard Version, 2001, Romans 5:23-25)

"There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.... For the law of the Spirit of life has set you free in Christ Jesus from the law of sin and death."
(The Holy Bible, English Standard Version, 2001, Romans 8:1-2)

"I give them eternal life, and they will never perish,
and no one will snatch them out of my hand"
(The Holy Bible, English Standard Version, John 10:28)

Jesus Christ is the only of Son of God, born into human flesh through virgin birth. Jesus lived a perfect life without sin and proclaimed His ministry before facing torture and death on the cross. Three days later, Jesus rose from the grave breaking the chains and curse of sin. Because Jesus lives as fully God and fully man, we too can partake in the atonement for sin and freely accept God's gracious gift of salvation.

What must I do to be saved and accept God's fre gift of salvation?

"But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth and in your heart” (that is, the word of faith that we proclaim); because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be savedFor with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. For the Scripture says, “Everyone who believes in him will not be put to shame.” For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, bestowing his riches on all who call on him. For “everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
(The Holy Bible, English Standard Version, 2001, Romans 10:8-13)

"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our
sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"
(The Holy Bible, English Standard Version, 2001, 1st John 1:9)

"For by grace you have been saved through faith.
And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God"
(The Holy Bible, English Standard Version, Ephesians 2:8)

If you believe in Jesus, you only need to ask for forgiveness to accept God's gift of salvation. It is a simple prayer that has been said many different ways. Today, if you would like to be saved and have believed what the Bible says, pray with us:

Dear Lord,
I know that I am a sinner. I know that you came to save us and
I believe that you gave your Son, Jesus, to die for my sins. Please forgive me
of my sins, and wash me clean in the power of your Holy Spirit.
I accept the gift of salvation and ask that my name be written in
Your Book of Life. Thank you for saving me.
In the name of Jesus, I pray,
Amen!

If you have prayed this prayer, or in your own words, you have been redeemed and are now a part of God's family and kingdom. The next steps are to develop a prayer relationship with God, study His Word through the Bible, find community of like-minded Christians for fellowship and spiritual growth, and to be baptized. Baptism is a public display of the Christian faith. Although, baptism is not a requirement to be saved, it is the next step in confessing faith in Jesus Christ. We here at TACT Ministry hope and pray that you would take the next step in salvation. Of course, we praise God for your decision to believe and accept the gift of salvation.
PRAISE JESUS!

" May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing,
so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope"
(The Holy Bible, English Standard Version, 2001, Romans 15:13)
